Formation of Bradda Capital

10 December 2018

David Phillips, Jonathan Large, John MacLeod and Michelle Warner have formed Bradda Capital as a UK commercial real estate investment adviser to UHNWI, Family Offices and Institutions.

Bradda Capital will assume the real estate management and investment advisory roles of Commercial Management Ltd (“CML”), which has been reorganised following the retirement of Nigel Welby. David, Jonathan, John and Michelle, have worked together for many years at CML.

Bradda Capital will take over as investment adviser of the evergreen real estate fund, Romac Investments, which was established in 1989 and has plans to launch a follow-up fund at the beginning of 2020.

David Phillips, managing director of Bradda Capital, said: “After many successful years working together as a team, Jonathan, John, Michelle and I are excited about the next phase at Bradda Capital and continuing the success we have enjoyed alongside our investors”.
