David Phillips
David co-founded Bradda Capital in 2018. He joined Bradda’s predecessor company, Commerical Management Ltd, in 1996, where he took the lead on commercial real estate investment advisory. David previously worked at Richard Ellis Financial Services (now CBRE) in London, at Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in Australia and latterly HVB in London.

John Macleod
John co-founded Bradda Capital in 2018. He joined Bradda’s predecessor company, Commerical Management Ltd, in 2017, having worked at Retirement Villages Group since 2015, where he focused on the sell-side process. He began his career at PwC, before joining the UK investment banking team at Nomura and, latterly, Google. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has an MBA from IMD.

Jonathan Large
Jonathan co-founded Bradda Capital in 2018. He joined Bradda’s predecessor company, Commerical Management Ltd, in 2000, where he focused on commercial real estate investment advisory, including its sourcing, management and disposal. Jonathan began his career in 1986 with St Quintin (now CBRE). He is a chartered surveyor (MRICS).

William Hill
William became head of the property business at Schroders in 1991 and, under his management, real estate assets grew from just under £200 million to more than £10 billion. He stepped down from this role in November 2013 to set up his own consultancy. He is currently non-executive chairman of Ediston Property Investment Company plc, The Chartered Surveyors Training Trust and a board member of Old Oak Park Royal Development Corporation where he also chairs its planning committee. He is a member of the Guys’ and St Thomas’ and the Goldsmith livery company’s investment committees
